Plasma cutting is a process that uses a high-temperature plasma arc to cut through electrically conductive materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The plasma, generated by ionizing gas, melts the material along a precisely controlled path, allowing for clean, accurate cuts with minimal distortion. This method is efficient, versatile, and commonly used in industries like manufacturing and fabrication.

Many of our standard/non-custom designs are sourced from some of the nation's leading designers. All custom orders, however, are developed in-house by our skilled owner or our innovative design team! 

We can create signs up to 10 feet in a single piece. If your project requires something larger, no problem! We have the expertise and capability to craft your sign in multiple pieces, seamlessly bringing your vision to life—no matter the size.

TNTCNC was founded in 2017 and quickly became a go-to provider for the Northern Nevada region. But we didn’t stop there. In 2022, we expanded our reach and began shipping nationwide—and even internationally, bringing our high-quality craftsmanship to customers far and wide.

Once your order is placed, we confirm all details and submit your request to our expert design team. After creating a design proof, we send it to you for approval. Once approved, we proceed with cutting, followed by a thorough inspection to ensure all specifications and measurements are met. The piece is then sanded, smoothed, and sent for powder coating, if applicable, or prepared for packaging.

Finally, we take high-quality photos of the finished product for your approval and to feature on our social media and website. At this point, the item is packaged, labeled, and either available for local pick-up or shipped with tracking details provided via email. Your custom order is then complete and on its way!
