TNTCNC began as a humble, bootstrap venture, launched with just $600 and a vision in the garage of our personal home. Through hard work, determination, and an unwavering commitment to quality, we’ve grown into a thriving business with a dedicated team of over 10 employees. Now operating out of our fully equipped shop in the heart of downtown Elko, Nevada, we’ve been proudly serving our community and the nation for nearly three years—and we’re still growing! This journey reflects our passion for craftsmanship and our drive to deliver exceptional and safe metalworking solutions every step of the way.

TNTCNC Design Process

At TNTCNC, we take pride in offering in-house design engineering services, led by a team of four highly skilled design engineers dedicated to delivering the highest-quality designs for every project.

Our process begins by collaborating with customers to understand their specifications and ideas, allowing us to develop an initial design tailored to their needs. Depending on the complexity of the project, design lead times typically range from 12 to 72 hours.

Once the initial design is complete, we provide a digital design proof (PDF) via email. This gives our customers the opportunity to carefully review and approve the design before it is processed and fabricated. We encourage feedback and revisions to ensure every design meets our customers’ exact expectations. Design edits are included until the customer is completely satisfied, although significant redesigns may incur additional charges.

Upon final approval, the project moves seamlessly into the fabrication phase. Additionally, we archive all customer-approved designs indefinitely, ensuring that reorders or updates can be processed efficiently with the original specifications.
