Please be as descriptive as possible when answering the following questions:
- Basic Description of Desires
- How Big would you like your design?
- Will it be placed inside, outside, freestanding or have a backing?
- Would you like mounting holes?
- Is this a gift or is there a specific date you need it done by?
- Is there a specific shape/outline you have in mind?
